How to Request Data Deletion

Send an Email Request

Send an email to info@925free.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Verification

We will verify your identity by sending a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. This helps us ensure that only you can request deletion of your data.

Processing

Once verified, we will process your deletion request. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification.

What Gets Deleted

Account information, profile data, preferences, and associated trading alert history.

Confirmation

You'll receive email confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted.

Important Information

  • •Account Cancellation: Deleting your data will also cancel any active subscriptions. You will not be charged after deletion is complete.
  • •Irreversible Action: Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have saved any information you need before requesting deletion.
  • •Legal Retention: Some data may be retained for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes as required by law.
  • •Third-Party Services: If you signed in using Google or other third-party services, you may also want to revoke access from their settings.

Facebook Data Deletion

If you logged in using Facebook, you can also request data deletion through Facebook's settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. Click on "Apps and Websites" in the left menu
  3. Find "TradeWhatITrade" and click "Remove"
  4. Check the box to delete all data posted by the app

For complete data removal from our servers, please also submit a deletion request via email as described above.
